Clare greeted us warmly on arrival, delivered a pleasant service without being an aggressive or overbearing salesperson gagging for a sale. She was nice natured, knew her stuff and made the whole process easy and straightforward. From discussing products, to pinning it to the final item to the delivery and aftercare discussion - the whole process was a dream!

We found the products reasonably priced online but really needed to visit the store before making a purchase. Paula’s knowledge and enthusiasm really made it overall an enjoyable experience, we will definitely come back!

The assistant was very helpful and took our needs into account, recommending certain items. Once we had decided on our choice she was quick and efficient in dealing with our order. The delivery date was ideal.

Paula was very knowledgeable and happy to spend as much time as possible with us. We never felt rushed even though we were past closing time. We spent a long time lying on all the beds and even bought the tempur pillows, as this made a difference to how you felt lying on the bed. We ended up with a gel bed/memory foam which we never thought we would, having had traditional sprung beds in the past. Overall, service from Paula was excellent and we even had a hot chocolate to keep us warm!
