The assistant who served us did not rush us in our decisions or pressure us into a sale. He was very patient. He took his time to show us all of the options on offer and even moved furniture within the store to aid us in our decision making

Frank the store manger was very helpful and gave good advice, and tried hard to meet our demands. Good choice of options to meet my needs and my requirements being met on leaving the store. Very professional and polite

The sales advisor was very knowledgable - without being patronising. helpful - without being pushy. available - without being intrusive. friendly- without being overwhelming. I never felt pressured at any time and yet staff were always available to advise. Although I only needed a mattress ( £300) I was made to feel valued. Excellent service from Szabolcs ! ! A credit to your company ! !
