Store visited - Straiton Loanhead Staff overall were very helpful and friendly. Mainly dealt with Paula. She was great. She knew her products really well. She went above and beyond to assist us.

It was a very easy and well supported experience. Steph was fantastic, she listened, gave us options, found what we liked very quickly and both the bed and mattress were in stock and are to be delivered 11 days after walking into the shop.

We went in to Dreams to view beds and get information on Tempura mattresses and met a staff member, Clare Muller, who gave us absolutely brilliant service, explaining the options, taking account of our needs and generally giving us the kind of service that was over and above what we expected, though maybe that is just the Dreams service?! Either way, we'll tell our family and friends about the service and quality.
