The salesman was extremely helpful and ran us through all our options, before letting us have time to try everything without rushing us.

Staff member Sebastian who served us at Edinburgh Straiton store was 1st class, made us feel comfortable in store as I was apprehensive about how we could buy a mattress with all covid restrictions, he made the experience stress free and we had purchased 2 mattresses within half an hour

We got lots of helpful attention. We did not feel over pressured. We are happy with the choice we made. The admin for payment didn’t take too long.

Was highly satisfied but really not into writing about buying a bed its a bed wich i got as x~display so the originol ptices of tempur matress was £ 1500 i gpt fab discount & bought bedframe lucia in dark grey i had wanted dtriot as a wet cloth would clean it but over 12 weeks wait & i needed something within 3 weeks tops SO GOT LUCIA ,&.MATRESS & 2 X PILLOWS & DUVET & PILLOW & MATTRESS ALSO SO IN ALL TRULY HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH JAV MY CUSTOMER SALESMAN A GOOD WORKER GIVE HIM A RAISE AS HE DONE GOOD THAT BOY DID DONT KNOW JIS REAL NAME JUST JAV AT STRAITON END OF SURVEY AS GOING ON NOW.

My sister and I both came in to buy beds for our new flat and were assisted by Colin who was friendly and extremely helpful in helping us with our purchases. Very impressed with the service and overall experience shopping at Dreams!

This was our second time coming to Dreams for mattresses as we were so satisfied the first time, and we were not disappointed. Paula, the colleague who advised us, was attentive and listened to our every need whilst providing great advice. All the colleagues at the store were friendly and we would definitely come again for any bedding needs.

The sales assistant helping us was called Paula and she was an exceptionally knowledgeable person in regards to the various mattresses that she showed us. She really made us feel relaxed with the offer of a coffee and water and nothing was a bother to her. Her friendly manner is a great asset to the company.

This is down tothe sales person Steph. who was knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and doing her best to ensure I was happy with my choice. there was no pressure as with some who are more interested in making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. She is an asset to thestore.
