Salesman very knowledgeable and patient. We bought our last bed here about 10 years ago and had good service then . We didn't actually plan to buy yesterday, just look but didn't feel pressurised which I can't stand. The delivery is going to be when it suits us which is also good as we work day/nightshift

Clare was knowledgeable and helpful. She expressed her opinions with which on one issue I did not entirely agree - she was slightly doubtful whether a topper would serve my needs best, but it has - I am delighted to report. The store does not stock pillow protectors; but we're not sure that we would need them anyway. The price of topper was slightly higher than John Lewis ones advertised, but probably their make would have been different.

After speaking to David at Straiton in Edinbrugh during our visit, we were happy with his knowledge and his time taken to help us with a difficult decision for my fussy wife without pushing for just the sale.

Storesperson very helpful. Did not pressure us whilst browsing and testing various beds. They did not linger in the vicinity but were onhand when needed.

The sales person Paula at the straighton branch was very knowledgeable and put my wife and myself through a lovely wee test to find out what bed suits us both she was very nice and good at her job

The assistant was friendly without being pushy. She listened well to my requirements and she took the time to get to know me.

Well trained and polite non pushy staff, however there were only three computers with which to take an order although the staff member dealing with me did offer to take my order manually I decided to wait approximately 15 minutes for a computer station to be freed up. I had the time to spare but in another day I or another customer may not have had that available time.
