We were greeted on entering the store. Sebastian helped us choose a bed and placed our order for us. He was very knowledgable and efficient. The store was clean and tidy.

item we saw on line was available to see "in the flesh" most important as could not consider buying such an item from pictures on a website, colleague was very pleasant & informative and once we had made our decision to purchase he was able to conclude the transaction speedily, all in all an excellent customer experience

Salesman was very pleasant, knowledgeable and took his time showing the product and explaining all about the product. On my initial visit I did not place my order as I was thinking it over. I had made my mind up that when I went back to order I would like the same salesman.

The salesman, Sebastian, was very helpful & friendly & had a very good knowledge of all the products. The waiting time for the order is a factory issue & nothing to do with him.

We found what we were looking for which was the top priority. The range of beds was really good and the help available was unrivaled. We chose a Tempur bed in the end but we tried every possible soft bed in the shop first, often several times. It took ages but we had plenty of time and we weren't rushed. the shop itself was clean and tidy and had plenty of space to walk around. The shop is conveniently located for us out of town but not far and has good parking and opening hours for those of us who work full time. I was pleased to see pillows (we bought two) and bedding there as well - I didn't know the shop had those.

The sales person was extremely efficient and friendly. She also fully understood our requirements

I was looking for a softer mattress and was assisted by Clare. She was extremely helpful she showed us a number of products .and encouraged me to try them out.When I selected the one I wanted she followed up with all the information regarding Insurance(which I took out)She made us a cup of coffee which was most welcome. Overall a most pleasant and rewarding experience.Thank You Clare and Dreams

When we arrived at the store we felt relaxed às we were not approached as soon as we walked in the door. We knew what we were looking for and when the assistant came over to us us she took us directly to the product and explained all about it, she was very knowledgable.
