Our Sales Assistant, Clare was very patient, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We had planned just to look during our visit but decided to purchase due to how relaxed and comfortable she made us feel. Absolutely no pressure to buy and nothing was too much for her. An asset to the Dreams Store at Straiton.

Welcomed by Sebastian upon arrival, asked if I needed assistance and offered tea/coffee. Sebastian then left me to browse before coming back over and helping me through the process of buying my new mattress. Took a lot of time to ensure I fully understood the types and working out the best fit for me. All in he was incredibly polite, helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Clare was very friendly had knowledge of the different mattresses and she recommended a couple of divans in which we chose one from

Paula was exceptional. We already had a good understanding of what type of mattress we were looking for but Paula spent time asking us questions and showing us some different options and we ended up making a better decision thanks to the help we received. Paula was friendly and chatty and we are very pleased with the products that we purchased.

Clare at Straiton Edinburgh gave us a lovely welcome and was really helpful in a friendly but not at all pushy way. As nice an assistant as I have ever met in a shop.

As previously found excellent service and excellent products. We where replacing a water damaged mattress and replacing the base and found the equivalent new mattress and the new bed very easily. The store is very well laid out and everything easy to find.

Greeted at the door without being harassed, system of how to check quality with easily recognised colour coding on beds. Given pillow, equivalent to that used at home, to allow more realistic testing when trying the bed for comfort. Staff took time to explain in detail and to understand our needs - easy quotation advice and fast delivery service - all explained in detail. Would recommend without hesitation.

I received valid information on the mattresses, It took 2days s to decide in which both times I visited the shop the dream colleagues were very helpful and did not rush me. The bed I picked will definitely suit my husband and I as I had time too both try the beds and have solid information regarding my husband and my needs and comfort thank you dreams
