Both times we went into Dreams we were warmly welcomed and asked if we needed help. We were not crowded or taken advantage of. Our personal situation was taken into consideration and advice given accordingly with no strings attached.

The assistant (Clare) was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. The store was well set out with colour coding of mattresses to make it easier to understand the various types of mattress.

Assitant Sebastion very helpful and good knowledge of products in store, gave us advice when needed but left us in peace to browse, which we like when shopping, do not like high pressured sales men and he is a credit to your company.

We were encouraged to take as much time as we needed to find the one most suitable for us. The store was well organised, clean and welcoming. A very enjoyable experience.

David at your Edinburgh Straiton store looked after us immensely throughout our time in the sfore. His knowledge and expertise were excellent and he recommended a few beds before we decided on the best one for our needs (loved the colour scheme) Also the pillows provided instore helped with our decision. The whole process was easy to get through.

Clare was excellent. She was kind and explored our needs and budget.

The sales person - Clare, was helpful and informative but also gave me and my partner enough time and space to discuss things between ourselves.
