The assistant I dealt with had a very good understanding of what I required to suit my medical needs and used his time explaining the difference in the various types and technology. He also was very patient with me getting on and off the bed because I have a severe back problem and need extra time for this. I ordered feeling very satisfied that I had made the right decision with the mattress I chose.

Paula and her colleague Chris? were exceptionally helpful. They asked if I needed assistance yet when I said I wanted to explore options myself were very accommodating. When I had selected what I felt I wanted they were very knowledgeable about the product and understood my needs. I particularly appreciate this respectful service. Whilst I realise the "hard sell" is important in retail I felt the shop staff respected my ability to make up my own mind.

Choosing a mattress field like a quandary. The staff at dreams made it feel effortless! Especially Paula, she was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about her work. It was a pleasure!

I suffer with bad arthritis and was looking for a bed the would ease my symptoms. One of the assistants suffered with arthritis himself so was able to advise me on the best type of beds for my condition. We were given plenty of time to try out several beds until I found the one that suited me best. They even provided us with a coffee.

I was very pleased with the assissant Paula 's help and her explanation of the bed I chose. I really went to buy a base as my mattress was ok as far as I thought but when Paula started to explain how much more beneficial a new mattress would help my back (I am 87 years old) I just decided that I would buy the whole bed. David was very helpful. He took into account our needs and personal circumstances (back problems and difficulties sleeping), gave us a great explanation of the mattress types, got us each a pillow and helped us find the ideal mattress. Gave us space to discuss as well. Excellent service.

Our assistant was very friendly, knowledgable and not too pushy. We genuinely felt he wanted to find the best solution for us. Our first visit to the store was the first place we visited and we intended shopping around for the best price we could find but Sebastian made us feel we wanted to make the purchase from Dreams.
