Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

This is the 2nd time Clare has helped us,the first time we were just in for a look,the 2nd visit we purchased our bed,both times she has been really friendly and knowledgable

The salesman, Sebastian at the Straiton Edinburgh store was attentive and knowledgeable enough without being pushy. He was great with our 2.5year old active son whilst we were looking at the products and trying to decide!

Knowledgeable and re-assuring service. Did not feel pressured into making any decisions and Paula offered lots of different ideas. She understood my needs very quickly and offered me options.

We had visited the shop 2 weeks before purchase. On our return visit Paula recognised us remembered our wants and budget etc.

we purchased a bed last month at the straiton store with Clare she was extremely knowledgeable friendly and very helpful. we decided we would purchase a new mattress so returned to the store on 27/5 and we spoke to clare again as we were unsure of type of matress we could get for our budget. clare guided us around the store and helped us make an informed choice to best suit our needs. Thank you Clare we did spend a little over budget but her excellent customer service was totally worth the sale and i hope clare is commended by Dreams as we will be returning customers due to your exceptional staff member

The sales lady was amazing, (forgotten her name, but she was an ex air hostess) her knowledge on products was brilliant and gently guided us to what exactly we were looking for. This took a while to agree and find what we needed (mattress) but she gave us space, time and so much guidance to purchase our mattress, pillows and insurance. She also was so friendly and accommodating towards our two young children, warmed my baby's milk and entertained our son. Was a fantastic experience and would def go into the store again.

We visited 4 other bed stores before we arrived at Dreams. The difference in the welcome we received was marked compared to the lack of interest shown in other stores. Clare was very pleasant without being over friendly. She took time to understand what we were looking for and expertly explained the choices we had. She was never pushy which was much appreciated. Although the bed we purchased was more expensive than others we had seen in other stores we had no hesitation buying from Dreams. We are now looking forward to our bed, mattress and headboard arriving next week.

Clare was really helpful and friendly, and took the time to make sure we bought the right mattress and some great pillows. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was easy to find mattresses we had previously found online. It was really helpful to be able to try them out in a showroom before purchasing.

Me and my partner were looking for a new bed and mattress for our new home. Paula offered us her expertise and talked us through the whole process. We had the daunting task of finding the right mattress for us, and the whole process was made as easy and painless as possible as Paula helped narrow down our options from such an extensive selection. She also spoke us through the different brands and how the mattress springs effect your sleep. After finding the right mattress for us, Paula explained how the warranty worked and any extra promotions we were eligible for with what we had purchased. She offered us a lovely cup of coffee and we got everything we wanted priced up and chose a payment plan. Finding a bed had been something me and my partner had been dreading and putting off doing, but we honestly had such a great experience finding what we needed. We found Paula refreshing in her approach to providing customer service as she was very knowledgable, but did not pressure us and left us to make our own mind ups with what we liked!
