The staff were extremely helpful and friendly

My Husband and I were greeted with a very helpful and friendly member of staff, we were offered tea/coffee etc., and in proper mugs, not the plastic type! Our requests were answered and the staff member was very knowledgeable. After trying several different types of mattresses and frames, we eventually made our choice. Overall a pleasant experience with a wide choice of products and friendly staff, we would definitely recommend Dreams to our family and friends.

Sebastian was an excellent sales person who explained everything very clearly and obviously thoroughly knew his stock. His manner was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The store was well laid out with a good selection of styles which meant I could find the best solution for my specific needs.

Customer service was great, took the opportunity to help measure out the room as we are moving into a new property and were unsure what size of bed to get. David (Edinburgh straiton store) was great and helped us with everything we needed. Great customer service and genuine sales advisor.

I was extremely impressed with Paula's knowledge and ability to fulfill our requirements. Her pleasant and understanding manner was excellent. My husband and I did not know what we were looking for, but after listening to our needs, we felt that she knew exactly what would suit. She took her time, explained in detail what was available, and therefore we ended with the correct choice of mattress and pillows. Top marks to 'Dreams.'
