The staff member assisting us was very helpful and explained the differences in products very well to us. We are happy with our purchase and have full knowledge of the mattress we ordered. Furthermore, the staff member assisting us made sure delivery of our item suited us.

The store was well laid out, the staff member was available but not overbearing knew his product & how they were different to each other.

Our assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us understand each type of mattress and what product would suit us best. We are very happy with our purchase and the extras included such as the 40 day guarantee.

David should be a teacher: the clarity of his technical explanations is excellent, and his ability to tread a path through all the terms and conditions without submerging me in jargon was amazing. He very quietly helped me to the correct choice of mattress and bed that suited me and my (unfortunately absent) husband, then left me alone to wander around with the pillow and see things for myself. Other sales assistants could learn from him that it pays not to be pushy. There was a fair choice of bed frames, bases and mattresses but I was unsuccessful in finding a comfortable headboard. That is far less important so I'm not that bothered. I had forgotten how long it can take to have a mattress made, but no worries. The plans for bed and mattress cover were good value when spread across 8 years.

The main reason for this rating was the gentleman who served me. He is very knowledgeable about the products and took great care to ensure I understood exactly what I required. He also was not at all "pushy".

David made us feel very welcome on arrival he couldn't have been any nicer he even acked if we wanted a drink you don't get that anywhere else very nice place

1) Your staff-member: David was extremely relateable. He was very calm and didn't give us the hard sell (much appreciated); but made sure we saw a wide range of options, about which he was very informative. He really knew his stuff but was also easy to talk to 2) The quality of the products on offer - never been in a store like it! But last time we upgraded, we had to do it on the cheap; this time thanks to a small windfall I could afford Tempur! But having never bought high-end before, it was really reassuring to have so much expert knowledge on offer, in a very non-pressured way, and expertise in this particular product was very welcome, when paying so much for it.

I have been everywhere looking for a trundle bed very few stores have them on display as I like to see the quality of the product and was very satisfied with dreams beds

Many thanks to Paula for all the time and patience as we selected our Brussels bed frame and tempur mattress. We had visited the store months before we bought our new home and spoken to her that time. During this visit, it was really nice that she remembered us and was very kind showing us different products allowing us to make our decision. Also; commendable store display and shopping experience.
