We were expecting to shop around a range of bed stores. Two colleagues supported our needs in a friendly manner and respected our space. We were given coffee and a cold drink for our daughter. Service was quick and clear to understand. Without asking, as we felt the deal we received was already great value, the salesman looked for further ‘add ons ‘, using the store manager effectively. Both my wife and I left the store feeling well looked after and in procession of a great deal. I would have to say that we received fantastic customer service at a time we least expected it. Thank you.

The store manager Frank helped us and was very knowledgeable about the products and able to offer advice.

We were made very welcome and the manager explained how we could go about making a decision on the best mattress that would suit our needs. Clare was particularly helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us to the right product. All in all it was a stress free experience.
