David assisted us in store. On our first visit we were unsure what we wanted and he was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy - guiding us and encouraging us to take the time to try our different beds. We went back to the shop having thought about what we wanted and done further research. We returned to this shop because of David's assistance and bought the bed from him. Once again he was helpful and created a relaxed atmosphere.

Very friendly, efficient service given to us by Clare from your Straiton store. She listened to what was needed and showed us what was available. Gave us time to try out different mattresses and guided us with her knowledge as to what to buy. But no pressure to purchase and we could make up our own mind!

I wished i got the mans name that assisted me he was fabulous at advising me for my firm mattress that i wanted and understood my wish to avoid pillow top , also my son was also made to feel at ease and was shown the booth fir temper mattresses as he has autism and can get bored so he was entertained while the lovely clare put my order through and i was given plenty time to try mattresses as i had to take time as they were extremely understanding that i had surgery the week previous, so i never felt rushed .

Carol my assistant was very knowledgeable, understanding if my requirements, was not pushy and made sure I was very satisfied with my choices. It was a very pleasing experience

Claire was the sales assistant very professional nothing was rushed taken her time to explain about everything that we bought plenty to choose from in dreams we have been back several time to purchase various item and the sales assistant have all been very helpful I would always buy my house hold furniture from dreams very good deals

You where greeted with a smile and a hello on entering the store You where asked if they could help and when you said no they actually left you alone to browse around the store in peace. Perfect shopping When I did ask for help I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their stock. Tea, coffee and water was offered as well. It's actually nice to go into a shop and have no background distraction A pleasure to shop there Staff are a credit to Dreams Company
