David at Straiton Retail Park was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was highly knowledgable and did very well to meet our needs and wants. He spent a considerable length of time with us to ensure that we were sure of our choice and from listening very well he quickly managed to help to rule out options that wouldn't suit us. We are very pleased with the choices of products and really looking forward to receiving them.

Assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable without being pushy, and there was plenty to choose from.

Paula was very friendly, she listened to us carefully and understood what we were looking for. We felt we were given professional advice and support but at no point did we feel under pressure to make a purchase. Thank you.

It's been so long since I've had to look for a new bed that the information and knowledge shared by staff member Paula helped immensely. I was thinking for some reason that I needed a 'firm' bed (don't know why). Anyway, Paula let me try out a number of mattresses and explained all the aspects of the many that I tried. After some time I realised what I needed. I'm 58-years-old and thanks to the staff member I now know what I need for a good nights sleep.

Went to the Straiton store after having a bad experience at the sea field one. The salesman was very polite went through everything with me and even gave me free pillows!!

The sales assistant (Paula) was very helpful and friendly, with excellent product knowledge. There was no pressure to buy and she took the time to explain all the services Dreams provide. I was reassured that the delivery dates could be flexible to suit my requirements and that if the new mattress was unsuitable I could swap it. I came back the very next day and requested the same sales assistant to complete my sale. I would definitely return to Dreams, Straiton and would ask for Paula again

My son needed a new bed but didn't want to shop for one but by online. The assistant spoke with him offered advise was show him the type of bed he wanted, the options of storage without us having to find it ourselves in store. He just wanted any mattress so she showed and explained why it was important to choose the correct mattress for him within our budget. She was able to engage him in the choice of mattress that would be best for him. Encouraged him try the different mattress longer than10 seconds. More than I could do!!

Everyone was very helpful the person dealing with us was so helpful explaining everything. I am disabled so he was so helpful for my needs . The coffee was lovely too x
