Clare and Frank were a great help and took the time to understand us and our needs. Due to their great service when making and enquiry we returned within 30 minutes and placed our order as we felt we were able to mull things over and not pressured in to a sale. Great staff and an asset to the company.

My assistant Paula understood exactly what my needs were from the start and showed me everything she thought would be of interest, taking time to make sure i was satisfied with my decisions.

The store was calm with no loud music. The assistant - Clare - was super. She was a calm and knowledgable person who understood what I was looking for. I was shopping for my brother in law and she was able to support me to select well priced items - bed, mattress, bedding and so on. I stayed and didn't go to another store because of the assistant in store.

Friendly and efficient customer service

I have a spinal issue and the sales assistant was absolutely brilliant in helping me choose a bed. I would never have tried the Tempur mattress from just sitting on it and being directed to lie down for several minutes to watch a video convinced me that I should buy that mattress. Without the help of the assistant I would not have had the confidence to lie down for several minutes to get the benefit of the matrress. Very helpful young man - who also then helped me chose a bedstead.

We were greeted immediately and given the help me needed to focus on the right mattresses. We were then given time and space by ourselves with no pressure or heavy attention.

The assistant, Paula, just could not have been more helpful. She was extremely patient and her knowledge of all the beds and mattresses was unbelievable. We were in the shop for over two hours, with Paula asking us to try out different mattresses and asking us questions as we were lying on them. We found this whole experience incredible as we have never had this kind of customer service before while buying a bed and mattress. We were so impressed with Paula and are really looking forward to receiving our new bed!
