Paula was there to help as soon as we entered the store. She was friendly and approached us without creating a feeling of pressure or claustrophobia. We were offered a hot drink which we declined assuming they would be in unsustainable plastic cups. When Paula offered again as we processed our order, we were delighted to hear that the drinks were served in a proper, reusable mug.

Sebastian was very helpful - he had excellent product knowledge and listened to our explanation of what we wanted and guided us to the right bed for us.

David was an absolute delight to be served by, his willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure we were as knowledgeable about dreams as much as he is! David spent time to understand my current circumstances with my mobility, due to a pain I experience within my back he made sure that this was a focus to ensure I was supported and the products I bought were in line with what I would benefit from having. Out of the many times I have visited a Dream’s Store, this is the first time I bought a bed. Anytime previously I’ve pondered in buying one but David clearly put me and my boyfriend as customers, first. I work for Sky the moto I work but “believe in better” fitted David and even more. The rest of the staff were lovely to speak to as well and even the little things David brought to our attention such as making us aware of the key terms of our agreement and additional services such as the “Sleep Technology” (sleepscent smart sleep light). David in my eyes has made my day and we absolutely cannot wait to get our bed and enjoy the services of Dreams.

We visited the store twice and were given every opportunity to try the products and were highly satisfied with both the sales assistants knowledge and guiding us down the correct route to choose the best bed and mattress for us

We had a full assistance from Mrs Paula which gave us more time to try many of matresses in showroom and was very patient by hearing from us. We are satisfied with her in full.

Very helpful assistant. Listened to requirements and knew the stock well. Efficient and polite.

Our salesperson Sebastian was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful (as well as patient) with my wife and I as we took our time to decide which mattress we wanted.

Found our perfect bed, happy to get half price accessories to accompany the bed. Sales person offered coffee to us while we were contemplating our decision. Paula was extremely helpful.
