Very knowledgeable assistant who took great care to ensure that the mattress we were buying would be suitable and provide the necessary support for someone with back trouble. We were able to try out a number of mattresses and to take our time in retesting comfort. Assistant wanted to make sure that we were not rushed in our decision.

Paula was extremely helpful, as soon as we walked in she offered us help and asked if we would prefer to wander round ourselves. She was knowledgeable and very efficient. We were only in the shop 15 minutes and got everything we wanted and more - couldn’t fault anything and it’s the best service we’ve had in a long time! Thank you Paula!

We have been looking for a double bed sized sofa bed. Most stores only have the pull out type which are not comfortable. Dreams had at least 2 other types, one of which we ended up ordering. (Kelso)
