I was very impressed with the knowledge of the assistant David and he had alot of patience with me taking my time to make up my mind.

Paula was as supportive as possible, we had her full attention and felt cared for. She had total knowledge of all mattresses and managed to reply all our questions. She was a flawless.

There was a good choice of beds with a wide range of prices.

We found the sales colleague to be very helpful. I do not like overly pushy sales and Hamilton was very knowledgable. we didn't intend to buy there and then and wanted to try the Bensons store nearby but after lying on our mattress we knew that was the one for us.

The salesman, Sebastian, was extremely knowledgeable. Not only that, he made a genuine attempt to understand exactly what my daughter was looking for. In addition, while we were browsing, he offered a cup of coffee which was very welcome on a cold morning.

The chap serving us was very helpful, patient and understanding.

Very helpful staff. There was an issue with the financing system which resulted in me waiting for over an hour for it to go through. The staff did as much as they could to resolve the issue as I was unable to return on a different day.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and patient, showing us different options and clearly explaining the products. She allowed us time to try out and think about our purchases before placing the order but was available for us to ask the numerous questions we did. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. She is an asset to your company.
