Sales colleague Paula at Straiton was very welcoming, her knowledge on various mattresses enabled me to make an informed choice without question. Paula was very pleasant and made me feel a valued customer.

Sebastian was really helpful, he even helped me with my phone to find information . Explained about the diference between traditional coil spring ( which we were going to have ) and pocket sprung which we purchased so i think he was very helpful also making sales for the company .

The Sales Advisor (David) walked towards me smiling as I came into the store and asked if I needed help. He could see I had a list of different bed options I'd checked out online and walked me around the showroom, to show me the beds and mattresses I'd shortlisted. He was also very proactive and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the best option for my budget, showing me alternatives of similar quality and style to compare to what I'd pre-selected. It was a really pleasant experience - was even offered a cup of coffee while we chatted about what would work best!
