Colin, the store manager, was very knowledgeable, friendly and understood our needs while giving us options we hadn't considered. The purchase was dealt with quickly and we were offered refreshments while we waited. A very enjoyable experience and delivery was offered within the week.

Friendly welcome when we arrived and not too pushy. When we were ready for help, the salesperson (Lucy) looked after us very well. She listened to what we needed and showed us options. We experienced the mattress profiling and tried various mattresses until we found what we needed. Lucy was very patient and very knowledgeable about the products. The order process was pretty painless and the lead times were surprisingly quick. Lucy explained all the insurance and delivery options and we chose what worked best for us. Lucy gave us confidence that the bed package we had chosen was right for us.

Sebastian was extremely professional and took care of my wife and I very well. Even with my children acting up he remaind calm and jovial and took time to speak with the children. This made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. We cannot wait for our new mattress to arrive and I can't thank Sebastian enough.
