David was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. He was very patient with our son too!

The member of staff, David, was very knowledgable about the products and was able to guide us through the range to a suitable product for our needs. He explained to construction of the various beds and how we could expect to feel using each of them. He invited us to try out the options available and gave us ample time to select a suitable product.

Customer service provided by David was excellent. Friendly, but not intrusive, efficient and understanding of products needed. His customer skills are to be recommended to any trainee as a guideline of good service. A rare commodity these days!!

From arriving at the shop to leaving, the sales assistant was very friendly, informative of the products my mum was looking for and made my mum feel at ease.

The person i was dealing with was very informative about the products and was very helpful which helped me purchase the correct product for ourselves which is very important.

This is a second visit. My father is 85 and the attendant remembered him, gave him time, no pressure and explained everything for him to understand giving him time to ask questions. No pushy sales.

We were offered help shortly after entering the store. We knew roughly what we were looking for but Hamilton took the time to show us all different mattress types and encouraged us to try them all out. When we explained our situation with a new build and no confirmed move in date he was able to reassure us.

When I initially went in store, the Store manager Frank was very helpful. He explained the differences in multiple beds, as well as the different types of mattresses. He was also very friendly and offered to help at any point. He wasn't what you expect most sales people to be, pushy or in your face. He was just a genuinely helpful person. When I went back in store to place my order, Paula was also very helpful. She was very attentive and also helped explain the terms of the bed and mattress service plans. She was also very efficient at putting through two separate orders so I could get one bed before the other, as I explained that I was moving into a new house and required at least one as close to the move in date as possible. All round, all of the staff were very welcoming and we were offered tea or coffee multiple times.
