Clare the assistant was very helpful, very knowledgeable and completely understood our needs. She was also very friendly and most importantly she wasn't "pushy" as many sales people are these days.

David made us feel welcome without being overpowering. We found exactly what we wanted and at a reasonable price.

The salesman was very helpful and gave us excellent advice regarding our purchase. We will certainly recommend to friends and family and will return when we require any other products.

Good service, friendly staff who were not overbearing

Visited the store twice, speaking to Sebastian and Paula. Both were very friendly and very knowledgeable, going the extra mile and doing everything they could to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.

We made two trips to the Edinburgh Straiton store to choose a mattress and on both occasions the staff were very helpful and friendly (first trip served by Hamilton, second Clare). They clearly knew a lot about the products on offer and wanted us to be sure we had the right mattress. Hamilton was particularly helpful and spent a good half an hour going through options.

We were greeted by Clare as we entered the store and she asked us if she could help and did we know what we were looking for. She then listened to our needs and showed us to a choice of beds that suited our needs

Sebastian was very knowledgeable of the products, was not too pushy and was very customer orientated

It was a real pleasure to be dealt with by a very professional sales lady who obviously knew Dream products inside out. A considerable length of time was taken by her to ensure that all mattress options were explored fully and, in fact, re- explored until we were satisfied.

The attention of Paula was just first class. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. we did not get the impression she was trying to sell us a mattress more she was wanting to help us find what would be the best for us. Her conduct throughout was a credit to the store. We began by talking to Frank who was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Together they make a very good team.
