Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

We purchased our new bed at Dreams, Straiton and Hamilton couldn't have been more helpful, he wasn't pushy atall and gave us time to decide what we wanted to do. I cant wait for our new bed to be delivered :)

Friendly helpful staff member and very knowledgeable

Manager was very Informative,, even offered tea or coffee

Flare was extremely helpful and informed

David was very helpful in explaining the different mattresses and helping us try them all out until we found one we both liked. He demonstrated the bed frames for us and showed us versions of the type we had described as what we were looking for. He offered tea and coffee and brought me water when requested. When we returned the next day to make the purchase, David was with another customer but took time to check we were ok and found someone else to help us. Frank was also helpful confirming what we wanted and then taking our order explaining the bedcover etc too. He made my daughter a hot chocolate while we made the purchase to keep her occupied.

Your sales person (Hamilton) was very pleasant his knowledge was excellent he wasn't pushy , at no point did we that it was all about the sale , i would definitely recommend friends and family to shop with Dreams .
