I have been into this sore before , where I was given lots of information about the beds I liked and mattresses for several medical conditions I have . I did not feel pressured in any way and Claire was very helpful and understanding. I returned to the shop to be met with the same professional and courteous staff again today. I was given a warm welcome by Frank and he took the time to listen to what I had previously discussed with Claire on my previous visit. I have now purchased a bed mattress and pillows and insurance . I am very satisfied with the professionalism and friendly staff at the Straiton store in Midlothian. I would highly recommend this store and staff to anyone.

David was very friendly, polite and knowledgable. He explained the store set up, asked us questions which allowed him to use his kkowledge of pillows to help give is the best experience. He then gave us time to bed hop then came back to us pick the right mattress again using his own experience and product knowledge. Superb customer service, just the right amount of everything

They clearly go above and beyond to make your experience more than just a shopping experience, after all buying a new mattress is no simple decision because of the significance of beds for all of us, and especially with all the different types these days. They clearly understand this from a customers point of view, as we were given all the knowledge we needed straight away making it all seem simple. We were made to feel very welcome too, more like a guest than a customer. By the end we were very happy to hand over the no mere amount of money we did because we felt secure in our decision and were thankful for being well looked after.

When we arrived in the store we were approached quickly by a very nice member of staff called Hamilton. His service was very good, gave us enough time to browse, pointed us in the right direction and offered help when we needed it. Wasn't too pushy and helped us to make the right choice. Was really nice and friendly.

As soon as myself my partner and our son walked into the store we were warmly greeted by a member of team who offered us a hot beverage or water, as we tried out a few beds the store assistant kept our son occupied by given him a book to read which we thought was really good.
