Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

The attention given to my specific requirements (as i have mobility problems) was second to none. The colleague was very knowledgable, did not rush or pressure sale in the slightest. Moving mattresses onto differant bases at his suggestion went beyond any shopping experience ive had with previous purchases in different stores. Went for lunch before deciding to buy between 2 beds and were encouraged to take our time and enjoy lunch! The colleague was also very amusing-best shopping experience ever and i will be back for another bed replacement very soon.

I was very impressed that the salesman took the time to let me try several different pillows, then let me try those on several different mattresses, without putting any pressure on me to choose more expensive ones.

Nice welcome and good advice given when we sought help. Staff stated they would not stand over us whilst we viewed the vast range and when we detailed our needs regarding colour and sizes they couldn't have been more helpful, resulting in a satisfied customer.

Hamilton was extremely helpful and very attentive. He helped us to navigate through the store explaining each section to give us an overall great experience shopping with dreams. Other staff on the floor were just as friendly and we were offered refreshments while we walked around the store

We were meet by friendly knowledgeable staff, who assisted us with making the correct choice of mattress for us. At no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase and were given suffice to time and space to absorb our options prior to making a decision.

Paula, the in store assistant was extremely helpful and was there to check our needs. I was happy with a few chosen beds which I had viewed online but once sitting on the mattress it wasn't as I had hoped. Paula checked out sleeping habits and recommended 4 which would suit our needs. We were so happy that she gave us space to try out the bed in a usual sleeping position without hanging about making it feel awkward. She was polite and well mannered and knows her stuff!
