members of staff were very friendly and knew the products they were selling.helped me pick the product that suited me.

I was offered assistance quickly by someone who was already involved with a client. She went to the back of the shop to get another assistant for me. He was most helpful. He understood the needs of a deaf person, and made sure I grasped everything he said, which was much appreciated. He showed me each step of my order for a mattress on his screen. I really felt i was a valued customer. .

Sebastian was exceptionally helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. We are very satisfied and looking forward to receiving our order.

The assistant Clare was very helpful & provided advice. She totally understood my needs with regard to delivery times & problems with possible delays on our part. I was assured that there would be no issues. This eased my stress, & helped enormously in my planning process.

On arrival we were very quickly assisted by a gentleman who very kindly made us a cup of coffee. He told us a few things available to meet our requirements then let us browse the shop. As he was called away to a phone call, a lady called Paula then helped us showing us different products as we told her what we wanted and liked or disliked. Paula took as through the ordering, payment and delivery. We were very satisfied with her friendly manner and also that of the gentleman who assisted us. Thank you!
