From walking through the door we .were treated very very well Hamilton was open and made us feel welcome, nothing was to much even down to complmenery coffee. I was shopping for our daughters bed and several bed of quality and price were shown .

I bought this bed with so much ease and he;p from your member off staff. He took time to explain to me what would be the best mattress for my needs after using your high tech equipment. I also felt that there was no pressure into buying or committing myself to anything, however his salesmanship was excellent.

Paula was helpful from the outset, she was very persistent which I suppose we needed as we needed to get our bed sorted for our new home. Her bubbly and very friendly nature made it easy to chat to her and she suggested the sleep machine, which my partner liked however I was not sure and felt my time was taken away from my intentions of finding bed frames for the spare rooms. I was looking to spend more time (we had limited time) looking for more bed frames and my partner Sean wanted a decent mattress for our room so overall I felt the experience was very tailored for his need and the time and freedom to look for more beds for the spare rooms (we need 3 beds in total) was interrupted slightly as was caught up. Being sales people ourselves I understood the approach and we did mange to chose a mattress which Sean was happy with. I think because Paula was a really nice lady it made it an over all great experience however, so pleased and looking forward to receiving the products to trial them out and hope the right decision was made.
