From the minute we walked in, Paula was amazing, treated us so well, very friendly and considerate. Knew all the product very well, with no hard sell. We were given a coffee and had a trial of the tempur bed, which led us to buy a new tempur mattress. She then did her utmost to find a good deal on the divan bed we originally came in for, with she managed to do very well for us. We were extremely impressed with the whole experience and would highly recommend Dreams and especially Paula as a wonderful sales person.

The sales assistant Hamilton at the straiton Dreams store was very helpful.He took all the information we provided into consideration when showing us a range of different beds that would suit our needs. Me and my partner felt comfortable in the whole experience as we were given time to talk about our decision. Hamilton gave us time to try beds out without pushing a sale. He was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all of the questions we had, nothing was to much trouble. The experience we had in store was the best I've had whilst purchasing new furniture for our home and I would not hesitate to recommend dreams to family and friends. We left feeling relaxed and extremely excited about receiving our new purchase. Thanks dreams!
