Extremely pleasant and informative staff... and the saleswoman, Clare, was extremely good at our job as we had only come in to see what was available, not necessarily to buy!

Our assistant ( Sebastian ) explained every thing to us before continuing on to the next step. he made my husband and my self feel welcome. nothing was too much trouble for him.

The assistant was really nice a, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattresses

Service was great , very supportive of our children present. Showed us a variety of different beds and mattresses and a variety of pillows,very happy

We were treated with a nice friendly manner, made no attempt to rush and done with great detail

The assistant was very knowledgeable and seemed to understand what we were looking for. We changed our minds about what we had come in to purchase and what we actually bought. This was not because we felt “forced” to buy some. Thing else, but because the advice made sense. She was very patient and took time to explain everything carefully, even though it was late in the day.

David was extremely helpful with directing us to a comfortable mattress...we went with the first one he chose for us in the end.

The sales assistant, Paula was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand our needs. She also made sure our children were looked after and entertained while we were making our decision. (Hot chocolate and drawing paper was a hit.) We were comfortable to make our decision as we felt fully informed to make the right decision for us - thanks.

Knowledgeable and friendly advice, no rush to order, plenty of time to experience different types of mattresses, coffee supplied and left to consider the final purchase.
