We were greeted immediately upon entering the store by Hamilton. He discussed our needs and gave a clear and full explanation of selecting the correct and most suitable mattress for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he even made me a coffee.

The colleague that attended to me was very efficient and let me make my own mind up about which mattress was best for me. She explained about the way it was made and the store's policy if I wasn't happy with my purchase.

The person who assisted us was helpful,courteous, listened to our needs and we were not under the impression that we were being given the 'hard-sell' which we really appreciated. We did not feel hurried and the assistant was very knowledgeable on the products.

On entering the store we were immediately greeted by a lady called Paula who asked how she could help. We had come in to look at pillows and Paula took us directly to the show stand and discussed the rage of pillows and our requirements. We then were invited to take some pillows and to try them out by lying on a bed and Paula discussed our sleeping styles and our pillow choices with us. As a result of our chat, Paula invited us to try the bed/mattress measuring system - she felt that our mattress at home was probably too hard for us. Sure enough, the machine calculated that we were better suited to a medium soft mattress. Paula suggested that even though we were not looking to replace our mattress, it might be worth trying some of the suggested mattresses. The difference in comfort was surprising. Despite only having bought a new mattress less than 6 years ago, we decided to go ahead and buy a Tempura mattress as well as two Tempura pillows. Paula is a friendly, helpful and attentive lady who clearly knows her stuff when it comes to pillows and mattresses. We look forward to the delivery of our new mattress and are sure that it will make all the difference.
