Highly satisfied with the staff member hamilton from the loanhead store as he was very patient with us as we were in with our children also

We were served by Paula at the Straiton branch and she was fantastic. Clearly knew what she was talking about and helped us with all our questions. We managed to buy what we wanted and were delighted with how quickly it will be delivered.

Hamilton was the staff member who helped us and he was amazing. Really friendly he gave us time to browse the store and there was no “hard selling” at all which sometimes you can get in shops. I would absolutely recommend him and your store to friends and family. Thanks again for your help.

Assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were offered coffee or tea.

The store was a pleasure to visit, and the assistant struck the right balance of giving me time to look around and be available to guide and answer questions. I was satisfied with the range of product on display and the colour-coding made it easy to find what I was looking for.

Paula spent time with us to help choose the right mattress, explaining the differences. All this, despite the shop closing and she did not rush us out. Fantastic service.
