We received excellent service from Hamilton (Straiton Retail Park) from start to finish. He was approachable, friendly, highly knowledgable and did not pressurise us into making a purchase.

Very Attentive sales man, understood our needs. Didnt try to push a sale on us. Made us feel welcome. Took the time to explain the difference In products to us and gave different options for out needs.

Hamilton was great, his knowledge of your products and your competitor's was really helpful. It also felt relaxed and not too pushy. We were also persuaded to buy pillows as well as our bed because he highlighted the importance. Really looking forward to trying the mattress and pillows!

The salesperson (Hamilton) took the time to show us all available products which suited our needs. He also explained the differences in the products.

The assistant took their time to explain a number of options and to support us in making the right decision. Using technology was good as hopefully it has stopped us getting the wrong type of mattress. The service was fantastic.
