The technical aspect of the experience and the service by the assistant

Paula was excellent - quick to welcome us, very friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to help us make the right purchase. The shop was busy and there was another couple she was helping out but it didn't impact her ability to give great service to both couples. Would definitely recommend for anyone to go see her when needing a new bed/mattress!

Staff were very nice and extremely helpful

I was approached immediately on entering the store to offer help selecting products. There was no rush and no pressure and I was also given time to browse myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful and took time to understand my needs. Refreshments were also offered which was welcome. There is nothing negative I can say.

As soon as I entered the store the store on my first visit, Frank was quick to explain the different options available when buying a bed.On my second visit once again prompt attention from Frank and spent considerable time with me, making sure I understood the difference between the products I favoured.

The servers knowledge of all products, his willingness to assist us and inform of all products available.

The Store assistant was friendly and helpful, and he gave us as much time as we needed to sample mattresses and did not make us feel pressured to go for more expensive models unless we felt that they were best for us and worth the higher cost.

Clare was very friendly and helpful. We liked the products and found something we couldn't find elsewhere.
