The sales assistant Abbie was absolutely outstanding. We believed she had been in your business for years with her product knowledge and passion and were surprised to find out she had been with you 3 weeks.

Staff were very knowledgable and attentive. Took the time to discuss different mattress options with me to help me find teh best type. Considerate of my pricing needs and showed me all options

Abbie greated us as soon as we walked in, used the bed identifier machine, to identify which beds would suit us them expertly guided us round the store to all the suitable beds and frames. Abbie was fantastic and really friendly, made bed shopping a great, relaxing and enjoyable experience.

First time I had visited a Dreams store. Went to Straiton store on outskirts of Edinburgh. Great experience. Thought the scientific bed matching machine for sleeping preferences was well explained. The staff member, Abbie had only been working in store for 3 weeks. Her product knowledge was excellent, and her manner was just right. Not pushy, just informed and helpful.

I was assisted from soon after entering the store and the member of staff was super-helpful and immediately pointed out at least three options within my quoted budget. He kindly left me to look around, as I needed time to consider everything carefully. He quickly answered all my questions, assisting me with scanning QR codes and was very friendly throughout, not at all pushy.

We were welcomed on entering the store, asked the reason for our visit, given info as well as being offered the time to browse first.
