The assistant listened to what I wanted and was very helpful in suggesting options . Showing me different alternatives and values. She was very patient as I could not make a decision and have me space to look again and decide what I wanted.

The staff members at the Straiton branch were extremely helpful and pleasant during my visit . We found what I was looking for straight away and the order was placed easily with exactly the delivery date that I wanted . I have bought beds here before and have been extremely happy with the service each time .

This is now my second purchase of a bed from Dreams . I much prefer buying in store than online as i like the personal touch the Dreams staff give you , always willing to give you advice and are friendly and welcoming . I’d especially like to mention Clare from the Straiton branch in Edinburgh who i recently dealt with . She went out of her way to make sure i was totally satisfied with the bed i was purchasing .
