Excellent help from the assistant explaining all the different types of mattresses.

My experience was excellent. As all the product's were very visible and easy to test by lying on the selected mattress. The use of the high tech mattress suitability machine give a good guide to the type you need. The staff did not pressure you and gave you as much time and advice as you needed.

From the start to finish everything went very smoothly. Our bed was delivered today one week from the day we walked into the store.

Clare was very helpful and went the extra mile.

Hamilton met us in entering the shop and provided us with the best service I have had in a long while. His product knowledge was first class and him manner superb. We bought much more than we expected as we trusted him full. He is a credit to Dreams.

We were assisted by Clare in store on both occasions. The first time Clare took us through the process of finding the correct mattress for us, explaining the benefits on each product as we went. She then recommended us which pillows would suit our styles and gave us sufficient time to make up our minds. When we returned to purchase we were met by Clare again and she guided us excellently through the process until completion. The offer of tea or coffee along the way was also a nice touch! Very happy with our service!

The quality of the shop assistant was first class infant the best service I have ever experienced. Hamilton knew his product and was not pushy.

Clare was very knowledgeable about all the beds I enquired about & repeated any details I wasn't sure about ,very welcoming feeling on entering the store ,. Made me a ❤️ lovely coffee ,it was that nice I had a second ☕️ Cup.

I’m in a wheelchair and found the layout easy to get around. We found the headboard we wanted but needed it in a different colour which the sales person helped us with. He very efficiently processed our order. Painless and so easy.

Range of products - excellent. Staff member allowed me and my wife time on our own to browse products we were interested in offering relevant advice and to ask if we would like further advice/information. We in the end also purchased a new mattress and pillows without being put under pressure to upgrade our bed purchase - also provided the mattress suitability test. It was a pleasure to have done business with the staff member whose knowledge and help fullness was excellent
