The sales colleague Clare was extremely helpful and had a very good knowledge of the products. We were tested initially on a device to measure our needs for the mattress, and then given plenty of time to try out all the suggested products, with help when needed. We were offered coffee, and Clare was very pleasant (not too pushy) and took time to understand our requirements. The range of products was extensive. The arranged delivery time was also very acceptable, with options for assembling the beds and removing old units.

Frank was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He just made sure we'd checked all our options and then processed it all quickly.

Excellent customer service by sales assistant. He knew his products very well and provided all the details we needed to make decisions on our purchase.
