we arrived at dreams straiton in edinburgh we had a discussion with the staff who asked what we were after with no added pressure he asked if we both like to try the single beds as on the adverts on the television we found them to be very helpful to work out our sleep postures and highly recommend this method when other members of the public visit the shop after the the trial beds a print out was given and we were shown a selection of beds which was advised by the staff member we tried a few beds and came up with one that suited us both many thanks to the staff for their honesty no sales pressure.

The lady member of staff could not have been more helpful. When I arrived at the store she greeted me asking if she could help me. Not at all pushy just pleasant and helpful. She found what I was looking for and when the mattress with the product wasn’t my first choice she immediately showed me a choice of others and one which I bought. The whole procedure was efficient and smooth and I was delighted with the experience.

only wanted to have a look and prefer to do this without assistance until required, but assistant came over as soon as we went in, and to be honest she was of an enormous help.
