The Sales Assistant was excellent and very measured Not yet received delivery so could all still go pear-shaped!

Great customer service.Jav. was very helpfyl in every way and very friendly. I did not know and was NOT shown the dream machine to determine the kind of mattress suitable for my body

We tried several bed shops which really didn’t give us any proper assistance or guidance. There was no good advice and few products. We went to Dreams really not thinking it would be any use and probably way out of our price range. However, the salesman, Jav was incredibly helpful and attentive. Not pushy but very friendly and patient in taking us through all the options. He was a credit to Dreams and helped us to choose just what we were looking for. Very, very impressed.

The salesman was very helpful but not at all pushy, the store had a huge selection to choose from and the salesman took the time to be interested in what we required.

The Lady ( Claire ) was really patient with us and nothing appeared to be any trouble ,she is a very friendly person and we will shop again and highly recommend Dreams to others
