Aga was extremely helpful during our visit to dreams last weekend. Her product knowledge was excellent and she was able to direct me to the mattress for me. She was able to tell me about the other products available for sale which suited my preferences.

We were dealt with by Jav. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. He was able to suggest alternatives when we decided the mattress we intended to buy was not suitable. He was very helpful and professional and made the experience a pleasure. He is a credit to the company.

We first visited the store and were unfortunate enough to miss by one day the previous sale. The staff were sympathetic and offered a small discount at Manager's discretion but we decided to delay the purchase although our son had his heart set on this particular sofa bed. By chance we were in the area on Black Friday and popped in to the store to be met in a friendly manner and told that the sofa bed had just been reduced by 20% as before. The deal was complete professionally and efficiently within 10 minutes of us arriving. Very pleased indeed although a little disappointed that the sofa bed will not be delivered until mid-January.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He apologised for the flickering light and explained the difficulty in fixing it (due to height). Excellent service!

Frank delivered excellent customer service, from welcoming us to the store, advising us to use your sleep tech system showing us and recommending the beds from list and personal experience.

Sales assistant Clare seemed very knowledgable about the products in store. When we pointed out that certain products were out with our price range, she encouraged us still to try them so she could get a greater understanding of our needs.
