We were greeted by Clare as we arrived, told her what we wanted and were put on the assessment bed which selected suitable beds for our needs. We then tried a selection of different beds until we found one we both liked. we did not feel pressurised in any way, but Clare was helpful throughout and guided us through the whole process. We felt confident that we had made the correct choice thanks to her advice.

I've been very delighted with the customer service satisfaction from Dreams. Jav was absolutely tremendous at the Straiton Retail park branch in Edinburgh, Scotland. Both me and my wife were amased with the dreams technology innovation report that allows to find out which mattress is suitable for your needs. Jav went through all the mattress options and made us feel warm in terms of his good sense of humour. He never let us feel down at any moment.
