Excellent customer service provided by Paula. She listened to our needs and spent a considerable amount of time ensuring these needs were met. She was very friendly and did not rush us, despite the store being busy and her shift was finishing shortly.

Clare listened to what I needed and gave suggestions, also keeping my budget in mind. I have just recently moved to the UK, so help was of the essence!!

Sebastian was very attentive and knew the products of the shop well, meaning we did not need to stay for hours trying lots of different beds. He was aware of our budget and still managed to find a good deal for us

I went in looking for a pillow following a fracture in my neck. I wanted a firm pillow to help me lay on my back in bed. I was approached when looking at display pillows and directed over the the “trying” area. They’re were loads of pillows to test, a bed which I could use, and Sebastian stayed throughout to help with firmness and ratings of pillows. I was given time on my own to try, offered advice when needed and finally got once which I’m very satisfied with.
