I was highly satisfied of purchasing a new bed, with the way the person who served us, she gave us plenty of time to choose and try out beds and answered all the questions I asked.we were offered something to drink and she took her time explaining everything to us it wasn’t any bother.

Staff very attentive without being too pushy

Frank, the Store Manager was fantastic. Very knowledgable and informative. He let us use the Dreams Machine to help us choose the correct mattress and let us test a few along with different pillows. He was very friendly and not at all pushy. Sebastian processed our finance for us and he was equally as fantastic.

Very helpful customer service from Clare. Gave loads of options and was never too pressurising to make the sale gave me time to think and decide for myself.

Staff member was helpful from the start, not over bearing or forceful, had good knowledge of all the products, answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time on our to make a decision without interference.

Unfortunately I didn't catch name of the staff member who helped us - she was the only female member of staff present in the store it appeared. She was very patient, knowledgeable and offered great assistance. She never rushed us or lost interest whilst we were trying out several beds. Full marks to her for dedication.

Found exactly what I needed. Reservation process was smooth and assistant quite helpful and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Made the whole experience enjoyable and answered all questions we had. Didn’t try to push us to by the expensive products and listened to any requests. Great choice of products and loved the sleep machine to find the right mattress!

Mohammed served us, along with store manager Frank (?). They were both so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so good with my wee boy. They are a credit to your company. We paid slightly more than we had originally anticipated but we felt the service and products were worth the investment.
