Assistant was very knoledgable delivery quick and to take the base of the bed away i must say i'm very happy thank you dreams.

The sales assistant Clare was very informative, friendly and helpful. I got the bed I was wanting and help finding the perfect mattress. Sitting with a cup of hot chocolate while paying was a great way to round off the experience.

The sales assistant was extremely welcoming, very knowledgeable and completely dedicated to ensuring we were provided with all the relevant information to enable my husband and I to make the best decision in order to meet our requirements. Your assistant did not rush us or push us towards specific items. We were given all the information and allowed to make our own decisions . We had our own personal shopper who listened carefully to our requirements and carefully guided us ensuring that we left the store satisfief with our purchase and confident we made the right decision when we chose Dreams.

From the moment I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by a staff member. They were friendly and encouraged us to use the body scan machine to determine the best suitable mattress. This allowed us as a customer to gain an insight into what is most comfortable and useful for deciding which bed would be the best fit for a back condition we briefed your staff member on. We were kindly offered coffee and began to discuss and try out mattresses that came as a recommendation from the body scan. We were then introduced to another staff member, Paula who was genuinely interested in finding the bed of my son's dreams. After taking the time to allow my son to find a suitable bed that was comfortable for his scoliosis (back condition), we spent a couple of hours, feeling no pressure, to allow us to reach a decision. We ended up choosing the first bed your staff recommended shortly after the initial body scan. We took one of the recommended pillows that provided excellent comfort in keeping my son's body in alignment with the deliciously comfortable mattress. We are very grateful for the kindness and opportunity to find our dream bed. Thank you Paula and your co-worker!
