Right from the start Paula was excellent. She first explained the safety measures in store for both our safety due to covid 19. We then tried the sleep machine to find our mattress. Paula's knowledge,friendliness and politeness was second to none. She made us feel at ease from the start. It was a warm day so the cold bottle of water she offered us was very welcomed. We cant wait to have our new mattress delivered.

Frank from the very start was friendly and told us to have a wonder around to see what bed we would like and asked if we would be purchasing a mattress too. He then explained the machine that would highlight what mattress was right for us. When we chose the bed he then got us to use the machine and showed us to the mattresses. I liked that he wasn’t pushy or rude when we were trying the mattresses and wasn’t trying to get us to choose the most expensive but what was best for us. Being a young couple you can sometimes be tricked into buying things that aren’t best suited.
