Paula was an excellent help. We were both a bit nervous about "trying out different beds" but she walked us through the experience making it informative and relaxing us and not directly influencing our choice of mattress. She used examples of people who had different types of back and body issues which added to helping with our decision making process. She only provided pricing when asked but when we chose the most expensive gave us an honest and frank explanation why in the long term this could still be the best choice for us. She was friendly and approachable and all in all despite parting with a lot of cash I would definitely repeat this process again and would hope to have someone as helpful and knowledgeable as Pauline to help us.
