The staff in this store (Kempston, Bedford) were very accommodating and at hand to assist with any questions. I was assisted by Mark, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Mark answered all the questions I had, and spent time going through all the different bedframes that matched my requirements, helping me to measure and check their stock availability with me. Mark went above and beyond, to ensure that I was happy and that I had chose the right bed frame to fit my bedroom. Mark provided exceptional customer service.

The professionalism of the lady serving me was outstanding. Her name was Cathryn. It was clear she knew the products from experience but understood what our needs were and matched the products accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even when we had to amend the order late on. I felt confident with her advice; she was not pushy and allowed me time to consider options. In all, she did everything to support us in purchasing our beds.

We've been Higly satisfied as the store manager has been very helpful, understanding our needs, especially for myself having back and neck pain. He's been very patient as we made the purchase at closing time with two little children and he did not put pressure at all. We felt very well looked after. Can't wait to have our new mattress delivered!!

I was served by Mark who demonstrated the range of bed I was interested in and answered all my questions I was offered a drink and offered a contact tel no for dismantling bed service I was given a choice of delivery dates and the financial payment plus insurance explained to me Finally he allowed me to borrow a material swatch from the bed I ordered to take to a nearby carpet shop and match up Overall I was very satisfied with the service
