The advisor was very helpful and had a very good product knowledge. I was offered to try the sleeping mattress to help decide which kind of mattress to buy.

Cathryn was amazing, she spoke to use the day before our purchase and gave us some great advice. The next day she remembered us and helped us through the next steps as well as recommending us a brilliant mattress protector that fits our needs. The mattress we chose will be a big help as my partner suffers with his back. We can’t wait to get our new mattress!

The assistant was pleasant and we were under no pressure to buy at any time. The use of a test bed to determine bed suitability was impressive and reduced the search range impressively. The individual beds were available to test for comfort and support including those not in our preferred list i.e. memory foam. We also bought new pillows one of which, interior sprung type, I had been looking for for years. A good experience all round

Buying a mattress is not easy; trying to satisfy the needs of 2 people when there is so much choice. We were helped by Jack in the Bedford store and he was excellent and guided us with our selection; without being pushy and too attentive as some people can be. We do have a bit of a wait for our mattress so I can't comment if we have made the right choice but he did give us as much information as he could.

Jack was very thorough with his knowledge of the range of beds and was very helpful with helping us make our decision.

Our salesman James at the Interchange Retail Park was extremely knowledgeable about the products being sold at the shop. He answered all of our questions quite clearly which meant that the bed we have bought with mattress should meet our needs very well.
