Cathryn served us and she was lovely. Cathryn answered any queries we had. She was very helpful and knowledgable.

Staff knew about all different types of bed frames. It made purchasing easy.

Your colleague James looked after us very well. We entered our details to a computer and underwent a test to ascertain which mattress would be best. It gave a printout of at least 6. We had coffee and tried out each mattress until we found the one we liked. James was very knowledgable and very helpful throughout. He wasn’t pushy and gave us time alone to discuss. His colleagues were also friendly. All in all a great experience.

The store assistant James was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. Knew the right products to sell going by what we were after and needed and put no pressure on me to buy.
